2. Bitezo Brand and Trademarks
The Bitezo name, logo, branding elements, slogans, graphics, and other identifying marks are proprietary assets of Tradenixis Ventures LLP, unless otherwise stated.
No person may use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or register any trademark, logo, domain name, trade name, or branding that is identical or confusingly similar to Bitezo without the prior written consent of Tradenixis Ventures LLP.
3. Restaurant Intellectual Property
Partner restaurants retain ownership of their respective:
• Business names
• Logos
• Menus
• Product descriptions
• Food photographs
• Trademarks
• Promotional materials
By listing content on the Bitezo platform, restaurants grant Tradenixis Ventures LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to display, reproduce, publish, distribute, and use such content solely for operating, promoting, and marketing the Bitezo platform.
Restaurants represent that they own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content they upload.
4. User-Generated Content
Users may submit content including:
• Reviews
• Ratings
• Comments
• Feedback
• Suggestions
• Images (where permitted)
Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Tradenixis Ventures LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and adapt such content for operating, improving, and promoting the Bitezo platform.
5. Limited License
Tradenixis Ventures LLP grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Bitezo platform solely for personal, noncommercial, and lawful purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
6. Prohibited Uses
Users shall not:
• Copy or reproduce Bitezo content.
• Modify or distribute Bitezo materials.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform.
• Remove copyright or trademark notices.
• Use Bitezo branding without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on the platform.
• Scrape or extract platform data using automated tools without permission.
7. Copyright Infringement
Tradenixis Ventures LLP respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe any material available on the Bitezo platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice containing:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
• Proof of ownership or authorization

8. Repeat Infringers
Tradenixis Ventures LLP reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users, restaurants, or other parties that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or violate this Policy.
9. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The Bitezo platform may display trademarks, logos, trade names, product names, or other intellectual property belonging to partner restaurants, payment gateways, technology providers, logistics partners, or other third parties.
All such intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
10. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit suggestions, feature requests, ideas, or feedback regarding Bitezo, you agree that Tradenixis Ventures LLP may use, modify, implement, publish, or commercialize such feedback without restriction or any obligation to compensate you.
11. Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under this Policy, no ownership or license in any intellectual property is transferred to users, restaurants, delivery partners, or any third party.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tradenixis Ventures LLP.
12. Changes to this Policy
Tradenixis Ventures LLP reserves the right to modify or update this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Any revised version will be published on the Bitezo platform and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
